About Us
The Institute of Cyber Security and Law was established under the aegis of University of Delhi in 2017 by Professor Yogesh K Tyagi, The then Vice Chancellor, Dr Gulshan Rai National Cyber Security Coordinator at the Prime Ministers Office, Government of India, Shri N R Wassan, Former Director general of Police, Dr Madan Oberoi, Special Commissioner Cyber Crimes, Delhi Police and Professor Sunaina Kanojia, Department of Commerce, University of Delhi as co founders. ICSL was launched with a unique course of Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security and Law to cater demand in the domain of Cyber-security as one of the niche subjects of modern studies. Institute of Cyber security and law offer Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security and Law as its flagship program. This is an advanced Penetration Testing & Information Security Training Engineering Program. In the course, students will learn how hackers break into the system’s, network, mobiles and website so as to make them aware of the possible loopholes and therefore, making them proficient in reverse-penetration. This course will enable students to carry out attacking as well as defensive methodologies which will help an individual or an organization to not only protect but also assess the safety and vulnerability ratio.
In a short span of five years, more than two dozen companies working in the domain of cyber security have connected with our students and hired them. The students are working to protect the Indian and international cyber space.
