Uday Sahay, a voluntarily retired IPS officer of the AGMUT cadre, has emerged as one of the foremost communication professionals in India today. He has served as a communication professional in the positions of Deputy Director General in Prasar Bharati, Director Information & Publicity in Delhi Government, and as Additional Director General Communications in the Organising Committee of the Commonwealth Games. Sahay also has the unique distinction of being the communication adviser to several critical organizations in India including ONGC, Unique Identification Authority of India, Delhi Integrated Multi-modal Transport Systems Liminted, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, and Institute of Human Development among others. He is currently also the Pro-Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University.
Sahay has the credit of editing the book titled Making News which is one of the best sellers on media published by Oxford University Press. He has edited three coffee table books on Delhi, Arunachal Pradesh and Renewable energy. An avid photographer that he is, Sahay has held photo-exhibitions in India and abroad. A master in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, Sahay is pursuing his doctoral research in media and advertising from Jawaharlal University, Delhi.

Institute of Cyber Security and Law, DU Dr Oberoi is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of 1992 batch. He is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow (2010-2011) under Fulbright Scholarship Program in the area of "Cyber Security" from University of Washington. He also holds a PhD in the area of cybercrime from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He also holds a Master’s Degree in ‘Management and Systems’ from IIT Delhi and another Master’s degree in Police Management. Dr. Madan M. Oberoi is presently deployed as Director, Cyber Innovation and Outreach, INTERPOL, and located at the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation (IGCI) in Singapore.

Institute of Cyber Security and Law, DU, He is an alumni of National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy. He fought the 1971 Indo-Pak war and was awarded the Sena Medal for gallantry. He has held all the coveted staff and command assignment to include GSO-2 (General Staff Officer Grade-2) at Military Operations Directorate, Colonel Administration of a division in the deserts, Director at Weapons and Equipment Directorate in Army Headquarters, Brigadier Administration of the then the largest Corps of the army in J&K, Additional Director General (Operation and Training) of Artillery where he spearheaded the artillery modernisation. He was thereafter Director General Manpower Planning and Personnel Services at Army Headquarters.

Institute of Cyber Security and Law, DU, Pavan Duggal is a practicing Advocate in the Supreme Court of India specializing in Cyberlaw & E-commerce Law, Mobile law, Privacy Law, Intellectual Property Rights & Information Technology, Information Security law and Business Process Outsourcing Law.
Prof. Sunaina Kanojia, Member Secretary Advisory Council,
Institute of Cyber Security and Law, DU Professor, Department of Commerce, Deputy Proctor, University of Delhi. OSD, Institute of Cyber Security and Law, University of Delhi. She has been appointed by the Vice Chancellor as the first OSD of the Institute of Cyber Securiyt and Law. She has been the member of the academic council of University of Delhi from 2013 to 2017. She has been teaching finance and cyber laws in the University. She has more than twelve years of teaching experince. She has visited Mauritius under the 4 th UGC-TEC Consortium Agreement 2010, for five weeks to deliver a series of lectures at the Faculty of Law and Management, University of Mauritius along with University of South Florida, USA, Cologne Business School, Germany and Luiss University, Italy on various academic assignments.
